Field's First Hair Cut

While in Utah, I gave Field his first badly needed hair cut. Since then, I have butchered it and ended up having to clipper the whole thing really short. I don't have any pictures of that. I don't know if I keep forgetting or if I subconsciously want to wait until it grows a little. It doesn't look bad, it is just really short and a LOT thinner than I anticipated.

Terrific Kid

At the Honor Roll Assembly, Avery got an award for straight A's, for meeting her Accelerated Reader goal and the Terrific Kid award. The Terrific Kid award is for an all-round good student, who listens and does what they are told, and is kind to everyone. Mrs. Doerner had quite a few nice things to say about Avery. We are so proud of her!

Lizard

Kevin had this lizard hitch a ride all day long. He stayed on the truck even when he drove. Avery introduced him to her lizard.

Halloween

I thought I had pictures of the girls at the Trunk or Treat at the church, but I can't find them. Avery was a pirate and Haley was Sleeping Beauty with a sword. Now I remember, they are on my other camera. Those will have to wait. Halloween night, they decided to dress up scary for the trick or treaters. Field was our "handsome little devil."

Turkey Project

Avery brought home a family turkey project. We all had so much fun! Now, who doesn't have 2 real turkey fans in their freezer for just such a project! She was so proud as she carried it into school and came home a said that the whole class gathered around her to look at it!

Catchin' Up

I just unloaded 3 weeks worth of pictures off my camera, which included our trip to Sea World! So, here comes a lot of pictures!

This is Haley's mask, she thought it was so cool. She had it on so long, her face was all red when I took it off before bed. She wanted me to save it for her to wear the next day, but luckily, she forgot all about it when she woke up.Avery came out of her room and was dancing around wearing this. When I asked what she was doing, she looked at me surprised and said "I'm a peacock!" and then proceeded to shake her booty at me. Well, of course she's a peacock! What else would she be?

Sea World

How do you narrow down pictures from Sea World, I'm certain I don't know, so here's a bunch. We surprised the girls and went to San Antonio a couple of weeks ago. I got Avery out of school early and her and Haley couldn't figure out why. Then Daddy came home from work and told them we were going to Sea World. They thought we were kidding. Friday night, we drove down and stopped in Austin to see Tyson and Mindy Lies. It was fun to see them! Sea World was a blast! We saw the Shamu, seals and walrus, and dolphin shows. Then we fed some dolphins and the girls got to ride a rollar coaster. We had such a fun time!! Field was such a good boy and even got his naps in!

Veggies

We added veggies to Field's diet. He is getting way too big and loves to eat! So, of course, he loves the new addition! He's quickly outgrowing his clothes and I bought WAY too many size 2 diapers. Luckily, Target was very nice to let me exchange them for size 3. Hopefully he'll be in those for awhile! And I think I finally will have a brown-eyed ally in our house!
