Rib Fest 2010
Now, Avery loves ribs. I mean LOVES ribs. We all love ribs. We found some on sale and decided to have a rib fest. They were fattier than I normally like to buy, but you don't eat the fat anyway and it just adds flavor, right? That's what I tell myself. Kev fired up the smoker and a few hours later we were enjoying our ribs!!! Ribs are definitely not the cleanest meal, but they sure are GOOD!! And we do realize that we are pigs~we only had 2 left!

You inspire me!! We have a couple of slabs of ribs in our freezer, and after looking at your blog I'm tempted to pull them out and go for it!!!
Those look so yummy--where did you find them on sale? I absolutely love ribs too-my favorite.
